Estate Planning-Deed Recording

Finding the perfect structured documents to fit your family’s needs shouldn’t be difficult. There are so many options available out there, that it can be extremely overwhelming. Understanding how the probate system works in your state is the first step to determining what documents will be a good fit for your family and personal situations.

I offer a sophisticated solution designed to cater to all of your lifetime legal requirements while strategically addressing any potential estate tax situations. Trust me to represent your family and protect what matters most.

Custom estate documents include but are not limited to:

  • Powers of Attorney (for financial or business matters)
  • Revocation of Powers of Attorney
  • Medical Powers of Attorney
  • Last Will and Testaments
  • Acceptance of Assignments (POAs and Medical POAs)
  • Joint (or singular) Revocable Trust
  • Joint (or singular) Irrevocable Trust.
  • Personal property assignments to trust (rollover will)
  • Real property assignments to trust (by way of deed, filed in the client’s county of residence)
  • Minor children guardianship documents, either temporary in the instance of a trip, or more permanent as found in a will or trust.
  • I can also assist with assigning beneficiaries (through your trust or personal Will) to retirement funds.

After deciding together what documents are needed for you and your family, I will provide a book of original paper, executed documents with a set of photocopies of all documents. I also provide you with executed PDFs to save to your own computer and a second set of paper copies that can be sent to your personal representative (executor/successor trustee).
